We aim to provide a first class customer service to ensure that your experience meets all of your expectations. All of our items are individually checked before they are sent out to ensure that they are in perfect condition.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of your item, with the exception of earrings for pierced ears which we regret we cannot accept due to Health and Safety law.
In order to cancel an order, please contact us at returns@somethingsparkly.co.uk stating the reason why you wish to return the item and your consignment number. The item should then be returned to the address below.
You will receive a refund as detailed below and we will refund postage costs.
Where items received are damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at returns@somethingsparkly.co.uk prior to returning the item, stating whether you would like the item to be exchanged or refunded.
Please return the item to the address below. We will refund any postage costs for the return of damaged or faulty goods.
We will accept returns for up to 21 days after purchase and refund your money as described below. Where items are returned these should be in re-saleable condition with suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit to us.

Something SparklyWe strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Where items are returned in line with the cancellation policy above, we will refund postage costs. Beyond the cancellation period, all return postage and packing costs will be incurred at the customer's own expense.
All refund payments will be made in the form originally received, normally within 3 days of receiving the returned item. By law we are required to refund within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation where this is received within 7 working days of purchase.
Where items are returned to us, the consumer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Where items returned to us are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to claim against the consumer in order to cover our re-stocking costs for the item or items in question.
