Delivery

For items that are in stock, all orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 – 5 working days, although we make every effort to process all orders on the day they are placed.

All items are sent by first class post unless specified otherwise. While this is not a guaranteed service, the Royal Mail aims to deliver items the next working day including Saturdays.

Our standard UK (excludes Channel Islands) postage rates are £2.50 for all items with £1.00 for each additional item posted to the same address.

For all orders over £20, postage will be free to UK destinations.

Please note that we are unable to ship to the United States.

Packaging

Jewellery will be supplied in a jewellery or earring box, similar to those shown below (exact styles and colours may vary).

Hair accessories will be supplied in an organza gift bag.

Tiaras will be supplied in clear tiara boxes.

All items will then be delivered in padded jiffy bags to prevent any damage during postage.
